1. Scope
This App Privacy Policy applies to the Umiya Yoga mobile application, official website, community features, AI companion, purchases, and support communications. It should be read together with the User Agreement and the EULA shown in the app.
2. Information we handle
- Account information: email address, authentication details, account status, and accepted agreement version.
- Profile information: display name, avatar, biography, and other optional profile details you provide.
- Community activity: photos, videos, captions, reactions, reports, blocks, conversations, and related actions you choose to make.
- AI companion content: prompts and responses needed to provide the feature.
- Purchase information: Apple product identifier, transaction status, virtual-item balance, and usage. Apple processes payment credentials; Umiya Yoga does not receive your full card number.
- Support information: details included when you contact us.
- Technical information: app version, diagnostics, permission status, and identifiers needed for security and reliable operation.
3. Permissions
Umiya Yoga requests access only when you choose a feature that needs it. You may deny access or change permission choices in iOS Settings, although the related feature may then be unavailable.
- Camera and photos: selecting or creating profile and community media.
- Microphone: features that expressly require audio capture.
- Location: providing an optional location when you request that feature.
4. How information is used
- provide accounts, profiles, community features, and customer support;
- operate the AI companion and virtual-item features;
- process eligible Apple In-App Purchases and prevent duplicate fulfillment;
- respond to safety reports and enforce community rules;
- detect misuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect service reliability;
- comply with legal obligations and protect rights and safety.
5. Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help operate app functionality, AI features, customer support, diagnostics, and security; with Apple for In-App Purchase processing; when required by law; or when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, and safety. We do not sell personal information.
6. Community visibility
Profile details and content you choose to publish may be visible to other people according to the feature and your actions. Do not publish information you do not want others to see.
7. Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, fulfill your requests, maintain transaction integrity, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of processing or transmission is completely secure.
8. Your choices and deletion
You may edit available profile details, change iOS permission choices, remove eligible content, and use in-app safety controls. You may initiate account deletion from the app’s Settings. You may also contact us to request access, correction, restriction, objection, or deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Children
Umiya Yoga is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to applicable requirements.
10. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international processing.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as features or legal requirements change. Material updates will be presented through the app or website, and the effective date above will be revised.
