1. Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, continuing as a guest, or otherwise using Umiya Yoga, you agree to this User Agreement and acknowledge the App Privacy Policy. The EULA presented in the app must also be accepted when required. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum legal age for online services in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
3. Wellness information
Umiya Yoga provides general wellness inspiration and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consider your abilities and surroundings before participating. Stop if you experience pain or discomfort and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
4. Community content
You remain responsible for content you submit and must have all necessary rights and permissions. You grant Umiya Yoga the limited rights reasonably needed to process, display, and make that content available according to your actions and settings.
Do not submit illegal, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, infringing, misleading, or otherwise harmful material. Child exploitation or endangerment is strictly prohibited.
5. Safety and enforcement
You may report content and block accounts using in-app controls. We may investigate reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people, or comply with law. False or abusive reports are prohibited.
6. AI companion
AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice. Review responses carefully and do not rely on the AI companion for emergencies, medical decisions, or other high-risk situations.
7. Apple purchases and virtual items
Eligible virtual items may be purchased through Apple In-App Purchase and used only for the features identified in Umiya Yoga. Apple processes iOS transactions under Apple’s terms. Virtual items have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money. Refund requests for Apple transactions are handled under Apple’s applicable policies.
8. Intellectual property
Umiya Yoga, its branding, interface, artwork, and service materials are protected by applicable laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or exploit the service or its materials.
9. Account deletion
You may initiate account deletion through Settings in the app. Deletion removes the account and associated personal information, subject to limited retention when required for legal compliance, transaction integrity, fraud prevention, safety, or dispute resolution. Deletion does not automatically cancel or refund an Apple transaction.
10. Service availability and disclaimers
The service may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Umiya Yoga is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Umiya Yoga and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
12. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the service or law changes. Material updates will be communicated through the app or website. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
